Nov. 4, 2009 (Business Wire) -- Anker Fanoe has been named president of Rabobank, N.A.’s South Central Valley Region, announced Jeff Paul, executive vice president of community banking. As regional president, Fanoe will oversee delivery of all bank services and strategic growth strategies in Fresno, Tulare, Kings and Kern counties, including eight branches and two financial service centers.

A banker for 18 years, Fanoe joins Rabobank after serving as senior vice president and market manager for relationship banking and investments for Washington Mutual. He also served as region manager for business banking for Citibank in Northern California and Nevada and business banking marketing manager for Bank of America in California, Oregon and Washington.
Fanoe earned a degree in economics from the University of California Santa Barbara.
