Every contestant is allowed to pick 1 stock and 1 stock only.

No penny stocks or micro cap stocks. The stock needs to have a value of at least $10 per share and a market cap greater than $100 million dollars.

Every contestant has to hold onto this stock throughout the entire month of February.
