What about Britain

OK we have all this talk about recovery in the US, the rising power of China, Asia will be the first out of recession and will lead the economy...

But what about Britain? The UK are slowly recovering, but are having a combination of political & social issues. Their currency is falling while the euro is rising. However, in three years they will host 2012 summer Olympics, and its a shocker that no one ever mention to buy the UK.

From a long-term investor POV its understandable but from a short-term investor & trader POV, I don't see why not! Can any of you explain this to me because I'm really confuse at this prospect.
