It definitely does take two sides - and is quite possible why I'm down and you're up! Only time will really tell. They should intact tax rates at the beginning of each year for capital gains. Would be interesting. (c:

It's true that they have a bulls eye on them, but I disagree again (obviously since you read my analysis). I do however have a tendancy for lost causes. The 6 mil is a glitch.
