Autumn is here, and the stock market is in a slump. The only thing really moving is penny stocks (stocks around one dollar a share). Consumer confidence is at an all time low, blue chips are not moving, and more and more people are buying 'hedge' funds, mutual funds that put a little bit into all the leading S&P and DJIA large caps. Basic needs will sell in the winter, these are heating oil, warm clothing, and pharmaceuticals.
