I take a very unconventional opinion about the stock market, some would even call it controversial.... more I take a very unconventional opinion about the stock market, some would even call it controversial. I imagine when most people think about the stock market they think of millions of investors and traders using mathematical and finance principals to choose stocks. I don?t see it this way though. I look at the stock market as a few hundred very powerful forces: hedge fund managers, corporate insiders, mutual fund managers, and private equity mangers to name a few. These powerful mangers set the prices of stock directly and indirectly, and have the power to change the directions of sectors or individual companies. What I do is study the interactions of these mangers: how the invest, why they invest, who follows, and what happens to the markets when they take a viewpoint. After many years of study, I have finally perfected an investment method taking advantage of these interactions and the psychology behind it.
