Upgrades: UA, SLB, MSFT

Oct 26, 2009 - 1:02 PM EDT

This morning, Susquehanna Capital upgraded shares of Under Armour (UA) to Neutral as the company is set to report earnings tomorrow. Channel checks have shown the company's apparel lines have performed well during the quarter and Susquehanna believes EPS for the third quarter will narrowly beat Wall Street estimates of forty four cents. Shares of Under Armour were trading higher on Monday morning, up almost four percent. Capital One upgraded shares of Schlumberger (SLB) from Neutral to Add as the firm believes the recent pullback in share price is an overreaction to last week's earnings report. Shares have fallen almost ten percent in the past week and Capital One has reiterated its price target of $76 per share. In morning trading, shares of Schlumberger climbed higher, up two and a half percent so far. And Canaccord Adams upgraded shares of Microsoft (MSFT) from Hold to Buy following the companies strong earnings report last week. Windows 7 should boost earnings as the response has been good so far, and the firm has raised 2010 EPS estimates to $1.80 per share. With the upgrade, Canaccord Adam upped its price target from $24 per share to $34. Shares of Microsoft were on the move Moday, showing gains of more than three percent so far today.
