Case Study

This course is a true case study. A real merger situation is presented, requiring the student to create a valuation analysis and model out the merger using SEC documents. The formulation of a valuation and merger presentation based on the resulting analysis is required, presented by the student to our team of Wall Street professionals, and evaluated.
