if you have had your eye on the merc for long enough then you saw this stock get hammered prior to it's completion of aquiring cbot. after that boom up $200. now the same is about to happen again this week when nymx is taken over by cme. other firms and banks plan to get together and start thier own exchange elx, well not too many firms or banks have any cash to spare right now.
