NTAP: bullish options activity on 2-25 with no visible news catalyst

anamolous options activity on monday: march 22.5 calls had a volume of 3000 with the fresh open interest addition of 2000. march 25 calls had a volume of 5000 with an open interest increase of 1500. march 27.5 calls had a volume of 3000 with an open interest increase of 1500. meanwhile, march 25 puts had a volume of 11000 mostly sold on the bid and the open interest CONTRACTED by 1000 contracts. but all this is not the end of the story. there was action in the april 22.5 calls with open interest ballooning to 29000 contracts added. and further out to january 09, the january 30 calls were bought with open interest increasing by 23000. my feelings tell me that an opportunistic buyout is in the works. the probable buyer would be dell, acting as consolidator in the storage space.
