Senior QA/Customer Service Manager (part-time)

UpDown is the leading platform for virtual investing. Located in Cambridge, MA, UpDown was founded by a team of successful entrepreneurs. We received more than $1Million in funding and have gathered a small team of great people. We have experienced strong growth and are expanding the team.

We are looking for QA/Customer Service manager who will initially start on a part-time basis helping the ensure quality of our product. This person will develop best practices our QA, perform hands on testing of our product, recommend, correspond with our customers, and implement automated testing tools, and potentially managing other QA personnel including off-shore testing teams. This role can be performed off-site and has the possibility of growing into a full time position as the company grows.
