Timeline:

• The first day of trading will be July 1,2009.

• Contest will end as of market close on July 31,2009.

• You are automatically enrolled!

Awards Breakdown:

• 1st Place winner: $500.00

• 2 - 10 place winners: $100.00

• 11 - 20 place winners: $10.00

• 21 - 100 place winners: $1.00

• 101 - 1,000 place winners: $0.50

• 1,001 - 5,000 place winners: $0.10

• All others who beat the S&P 500: $0.01

• Total Earnings Each Month: $3,000.00
