Market call:SAA will go UP
Target: $50.00 on 10/10/09
Current: $26.56 (-7.83% from time of market call)

SAA is an ultrashare that is 2X leveraged. I don't know where the bottom is but I believe we're closer to it than the top. High for this etf is around $80 and it is currently $29. Libor started to crest today and this should mark a turn. If we really are closer to the bottom than the top this should work well.
