TWP: i dont see this stock going up before it goes down

You most likely are correct on this stock I am not sure but I have noticed in my work that people are having decks, roofs, and house fix ups just ask much if not more then a few years ago, in my area atleast. I think its because if someone is trying to sell you are trying to get as much money out of your house as you can. Its a good little selling point that it has a new deck or roof so the new owner has one less thing to worry about. And even if the price isn't effected and then its a purely aesthetic feature, and we all know people can get suckered into purchasing a house solely on a tipping point such as deck. sorry I felt like I needed to give my professional opinion on that aspect of your point.
