DAI is getting railed by association with the auto market. One of the few auto companies that isn't going to struggle to stay afloat in America past 2010. They will also be the first company to mass produce a car using a Li-Ion Battery next year with their S400 BlueHybrid. Don't expect the 100K car to make huge sales but do expect it to be the beginning of a high tech, high efficiency line up from the Smart ForTwo to the S-Class.
Toyota announced that as of now it will not lower its global sales targets. They are kidding themselves, they just had the third worst month's sales decline in the history of their company
