Lots of warning signs with this company. Revenue growth seems to be outpacing competitors. Judging by the companies web page the company operates in 3 segments: electronics, power systems, and applied technology. If oil continues to climb, demand for this company's products should increase. I would be watching this companies earnings reports very closely. Effeciency will be one of the ways to combat high oil prices, this company has products that fit that criteria. The company offers an array of products suited for different industries and needs. International sells could be better, but seem to be growing.

If they can't improve their sales over the next 2 quarters, i will be disappointed. at the bottom of this article there are some comments on SATC that people might find interesting. Brad Drage	Posted 6/10/2008, 8:46 pm Interesting annalists, however as I look at the technical I feel this may be just a pullback. For me to be convinced it is heading in a downward direction the stock would have to drop first below the 2.50 resistance. And the 13EMA would need to cross the 20EMA. If it does that I will take another look at it.
