On 6mo daily chart $TLT doesn't look that great (b low 50 & 200 day MA) but on 3yr weekly it's just bounced off its 20 week MA.

@white1h $GS 200day MA is at 138 on a 6mo daily chart. so not sure what you mean by "failed" It is trading below 50day MA.

$CIT (CIT GRoup, Inc) has filed for bk not $C (Citigroup, Inc.) but articles refered 2 here are saying Citigroup. They are not the same.
